It was possibly six years back. A close friend had uttered a word that sounded like – blog. What’s that, I asked. He explained to me the bare details of a blog, with all the patience you needed to handle ignorant friends. But the idea did sink in, albeit slowly. All these years, slowly I have seen this word being repeated in increasing frequencies in newspapers and over the internet, with blogs becoming the latest tool of catharsis, with the Bachchans and Tendulkars having resorted to blogging… is that a verb?
Now I know that most of you guys would be asking loud – Dude, if so much apathy towards blogs, did anybody pay or pray to create one of your own? And thereby increasing the junk in the electronic world where bytes are jostling for space? To which I humbly reply, Apathy? No sir. Apathy it is not, it is an attempt to mingle with what they call cool and hot simultaneously, but more importantly, it is the act of opening a window through which I can scream aloud, whatever I think, and no one can report me to my mother.
Keep a tab on what you see in the next pages, you will be privy to what I call musings, dreams, inward glimpses and sidelong glances into me.
